About these terms

xpodiumth.com is operated by Xpodium Thailand (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in Thai baht (THB). We accept credit cards and PromptPay. An order is confirmed once payment is received, and you will get a confirmation email. If an item is out of stock or wrongly priced, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Thailand. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Please check your parcel on arrival and contact us within 3 days if anything is damaged or missing.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Worn or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Sale and discounted items are final sale. To start a return, message us on LINE (@xpodiumthailand) or call +66 62 889 7966 with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–14 days of us receiving the item.

Product use and liability

Use our equipment as intended and within its limits, and inspect barbells, plates, clips and belts before each session. Training carries a risk of injury, so seek qualified coaching if you are unsure about a lift or movement. To the extent allowed by Thai law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

Privacy and governing law

We use your personal details only to process orders, deliver products and answer your messages, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not sell your data. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
